Our stay at Novotel was exceptional. The location was ideal, with a large shopping mall just across the road, offering a great range of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Despite the minor inconvenience of a cold room on the first night, the hotel quickly resolved the issue by providing a floor standing heater for the second night. The prompt and helpful response from the staff was greatly appreciated.

The location was excellent, the public spaces were clean, and the staff was cooperative, making my stay here enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the financial district and right across a large shopping mall that offers a great variety of restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is above average and offers a good selection of food. There is also a nice gym for guests to use.

The hotel is not close to any metro station, which makes it challenging to explore the city if you don't have a car.

The hotel facilities were also great, with a convenient mini mart and a large shopping mall with a great range of restaurants just across the road. The location near Plaza Samara and Santafe mall was very convenient for us. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. However, the best aspect of our stay was definitely the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and provided superior customer service. Special mention goes to Arturo Jimenez and Eric Perez, who made our stay even more pleasant.
